Bowman Lake Association participates in the Citizens Statewide Lake Assessment Program (CSLAP ). CSLAP is a volunteer lake monitoring and education program managed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and New York State Federation of Lake Associations (NYSFOLA).
